Quality Construction

The LR8 is a two-way system, incorporating an acoustically coupled high quality, high-power 8" cone woofer and a directly coupled 25mm neo-magnet high-frequency motor. Advanced internal carbon fiber materials allow for smooth frequency extension to 20kHz, even with four coats of paint. As with all Stealth Acoustics speakers, the beefy crossover system is over provisioned to take abuse and is equipped with self-resetting poly switches to protect the drivers well below their rated power handling. To further ensure consistent quality, we test each Stealth Acoustics speaker with computer analysis and a listening test before they are released for shipment.
